Fast, Safe, Effective Weight Loss
HCG (Human Chorionic Gondotropin) is a natural hormone the body makes during pregnancy. Use of this hormone triggers and resets your metabolism. Paired with a very low calorie diet for 8-weeks, it allows you to lose as much as a pound a day without feeling hungry or weak.
Cost
Initial appointment: $350 – for new or existing patients who have not done HCG with us before. This includes initial consult, lab work and evaluation to make sure it’s a healthy and appropriate option. Insurance usually covers the associated labs.
Any necessary lab work is done at the discretion of the physician and will be an additional cost that most insurances cover. Be sure to check with your insurance provider before your appointment to make sure.
Follow up: $150 – This appointment happens after the patient completes the protocol and before they move into the maintenance phase of the program. The price for this visit remains the same for those who have done the program before.
Additional rounds: $225 – For patients who have done the HCG program with us before, each subsequent round requires another consultation and evaluation.
These fees include physician email support only while on the HCG protocol.
*Most weight loss programs including the HCG Diet are not covered by insurance
The Way it Works
While some doctors offer HCG drops, we recommend injections, which have proven to be the most effective method. Once we determine that the HCG diet is appropriate for the patient, their prescription is called into the compounding pharmacy whose prescription quality we know and trust. During your first appointment you’ll also learn how to give yourself the injections.
If followed correctly, patients don’t feel hungry while on the very low calorie diet phase and will likely experience large amounts of weight loss in a short period of time SAFELY unlike what they have experienced on any other diet. Those who have successfully completed this diet and long-term maintenance didn’t return to unhealthy eating habits. Of course, occasional splurges in moderation are fine. If all phases are followed, and the patient maintains their new healthier relationship with food, maintaining the weight loss is very doable.
